Complete the required forms for:
• SAS
• Guidance

• NSTP
• ID form

Gate 2 – Registrar
• Tagging and assessment of records

Gate 3 – Cashier Payment
• Payment of enrollment fees

Gate 4 – Department
• Releasing of Certificate of Registration

Gate 5 – Department
• Verification and confirmation of enrollment

Gate 6 – IGP ID Counter
• Student ID processing

REQUIREMENTS

Please bring two (2) long folders with the following color coding:

🔴 BSHM – Red
🟡 BSTM – Yellow
⚪ BINDTECH – White
🟢 BSCRIM – Green
🔵 BSISM – Blue

• Proper and formal attire.

For the comfort and safety of all passengers, short shorts and mini skirts are not permitted.

Please arrive at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before your scheduled boarding time to ensure a smooth check-in process.

We are pleased to inform you that you have successfully qualified for enrolment. Please be guided by the schedule of *pre-enrolment*. Failure to attend on your assigned schedule may result in the forfeiture of your slot.

Please bring the following requirements:

Valid ID
Ballpen
Original and photocopy of the following:
PSA Birth Certificate
Report Card
Certificate of Good Moral Character
Two (2) pieces 2x2 ID picture (white background)
Long white folder

Proper Attire:
White collared shirt
Pants (No mini skirts)
Closed shoes

Kindly ensure that all requirements are complete and properly prepared to facilitate a smooth pre-enrolment process.

REOPENING OF NCAT ONSITE APPLICATION

Please be informed that the NCAT application will reopen from May 18 to 20, 2026 for onsite application only.

Who are eligible to apply?

Those who were not able to apply in any NISU campuses during the previous application period.

Applicants are encouraged to visit NISU-VSSC Registrar’s Office within the given schedule and bring the necessary requirements for application.

Please be guided accordingly.

NISU-VSSC Graduation Pictorial Guidelines and Schedules

To ensure a smooth and organized graduation pictorial, all graduating students are advised to follow the guidelines.

Compliance Reminder:

All students are required to strictly follow the prescribed attire, grooming, and appearance guidelines.

Failure to comply will result in rescheduling of the pictorial session.
