Cavite State University (CvSU) proudly celebrates the success of our examinees in the September 2026 licensure examinations for Registered Electrical Engineers and Master Electricians.
The CvSU Main Campus posted a 68.75% (11/16) passing rate, while the CCAT Campus achieved 63.64% (14/22) in the Registered Electrical Engineers Licensure Exam.
Meanwhile, all examinees from the Main and CCAT campuses passed the Master Electricians board exam, recording a 100% passing rate for the University.

Adding to this achievement, Jean Rose A. Zaragoza placed ninth with a 91.60% rating in the said examination which recorded a 76.27% national passing rate.
This remarkable milestone reflects our commitment to nurturing compassionate and dedicated social workers who empower individuals and make a meaningful difference in the communities they serve.

CvSU advances agriculture research at IAC10 and AAACU25 in Malaysia
Cavite State University (CvSU) strengthened its international engagement in agricultural education, research, and innovation through its participation in the 10th International Agriculture Congress (IAC10) and the 25th Asian Association of Agricultural Colleges and Universities Biennial Conference (AAACU25), held in Melaka, Malaysia, from September 8–10, 2026.
Dr. Abigail P. Daria, Dean of the College of Agriculture, Food, Environment and Natural Resources (CAFENR), represented Dr. Ma. Agnes P. Nuestro, University President, during the international gathering of agricultural colleges and universities. Dr. Daria presented a poster featuring Cavite State University, highlighting the University's academic, research, and institutional contributions to agricultural development.
Meanwhile, Asst. Prof. Karl Louisse D. Obispo of the Department of Animal Science, CAFENR, represented CvSU in the scientific program through an oral research presentation under the Climate-Smart & Novel Farming System category. His paper, entitled “Influence of Dietary Vitamin E and Selenium on the Laying Performance, Egg Quality, and Carcass Characteristics of Japanese Quail (Coturnix coturnix japonica) under Heat Stress (34°C),” focused on the potential of nutritional strategies to mitigate the effects of elevated temperature on poultry production.
Beyond their presentations, Dr. Daria and Asst. Prof. Obispo actively participated in the plenary talks, gaining insights from international experts on emerging trends, innovations, and challenges shaping agriculture and agricultural higher education. Their participation provided opportunities for knowledge exchange and strengthened CvSU's engagement with the broader international agricultural research and education community.
As an active member of the Asian Association of Agricultural Colleges and Universities (AAACU), CvSU also participated in the AAACU General Assembly, where member institutions gathered to discuss matters concerning the Association and further opportunities for collaboration, academic exchange, and institutional cooperation.
The participation of Dr. Daria and Asst. Prof. Obispo reflects CvSU's continuing commitment to internationalization, research excellence, climate-smart agriculture, and academic collaboration. Their involvement brought both the University's institutional initiatives and research innovations to an international platform while creating opportunities to strengthen partnerships with agricultural institutions across Asia and beyond.
Through its participation in IAC10 and AAACU25, Cavite State University continues to demonstrate its commitment to advancing science-based, innovative, and climate-resilient agricultural systems, reinforcing its role as an institution contributing to the future of agriculture in the Philippines and the region.

The Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs warmly welcomes 𝗗𝗿. Rhodora Crizaldo of the College of Education (CEd) as the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the Curriculum and Instruction Office.

With her expertise and experience, Dr. Crizaldo will help set the direction of Curriculum and Instruction under the OVPAA, ensuring course alignment and quality instruction across program offerings within Cavite State University.

This designation follows the newly approved organizational structure, wherein the Curriculum and Instruction Office shall serve as the University’s central unit for curriculum innovation, instructional enhancement, and academic support. The office is also tasked with ensuring that curricula remain relevant, outcomes-based, future-oriented, responsive to industry needs, and aligned with national and international standards.
