The College of Criminal Justice Education of Basilan State College successfully conducted its ๐๐๐น๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ผ๐ป๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ง๐๐ฟ๐ป ๐ข๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ป๐ธ๐ led by the Battalion Commander Vhourge Franco Ismali under the supervision of the CCJE Dean and Commandant of the Cadet Corp, Dr. Hapibin J. Camal, and Deputy Commandant of the Cadet Corp Joel S. Sioting.
Today marks the culmination of service, sacrifice, and discipline โ the Culmination of Criminology Intern Students and the Turnover of Ranks for our Cadet Officers.
To our Interns: You walked into this program as students. You graduate as professionals who have seen the weight of duty firsthand.
You learned that leadership is not about the badge, the uniform, or the title. Leadership is about showing up when itโs hard. Serving when no one claps. Choosing integrity when no one is watching.
You carried the standards of the institution on your shoulders. You proved that knowledge without character is empty, and character without service is incomplete.
To our Cadet Officers: As ranks are turned over, remember โ rank is responsibility. Authority is accountability.
The stripes you wear are not just cloth. They are trust from those above you, and hope from those below you.
Lead by example. Correct with respect. Command with compassion.
This is not the end of training. This is the beginning of leadership.
To both: The uniform may change, the rank may change, but the mission remains โ to serve, to protect, to uplift.
Padayon, future protectors of our nation. The community is watching. Make them proud.
Salute to your discipline. Respect to your journey. Honor to your next chapter.
