The ceremony also featured an inspirational message from A graduate of the University of the Philippines and the Philippine National Police Academy, Palamos has held various leadership positions within the Philippine National Police and completed several specialized training programs.
Congratulating the interns, Palamos emphasized that the ceremony represented more than an academic requirement, highlighting their sacrifices, discipline, commitment, and determination as they prepare for a career in public service.
โYour internship is not simply a requirement for graduation. It is an opportunity to experience, even for a short period, what it means to serve, protect, and uphold the rule of law.โ
He encouraged the interns to uphold the three core values of the ceremonyโs theme: excellence, discipline, and integrity as they begin their professional journey.
The 16th Internship Capping and Badging Ceremony marked a significant transition from classroom learning to practical training and professional preparation. As the CCJE interns proceed to their respective training agencies, they carry not only their caps and badges but also the trust of their families, the expectations of their institution, and the responsibility to uphold service, justice, and integrity.
Beyond the ceremony, their true test beginsโwhere excellence must be demonstrated, discipline must be practiced, and integrity must guide every action.
