The enrolment period for the First Semester, Academic Year 2026–2027 has been extended until July 22, 2026 (Wednesday) to provide more time for incoming freshmen to complete their enrolment requirements.

If you have not yet enrolled, this is your opportunity to secure your slot and begin your academic journey at Sultan Kudarat State University.

The Health & Ancillary Services – ACCESS Campus reminds all first-year students and transferees to submit their medical requirements before enrollment:

β€’ Submit an official Medical Certificate or Physical Examination result, duly signed by a licensed doctor (with license number). Forms signed by nurses or midwives will not be accepted.

β€’ Declare any existing health conditions in the certificate.

β€’ Submit laboratory results (e.g., HBsAg, Chest X-ray) as required by your respective college.

β€’ If pregnant, present a medical certificate from an OB-GYN specialist.

β€’ Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) must submit a copy of their PWD ID.
