The Emergency Response Team’s first event was a huge success! From Sulyab 2025 to the Sports Fiest, teamwork, dedication, and readiness were on full display. Thank you to everyone who supported and made this milestone possible.

To those who doubted us, rest assured that the Emergency Response Team will continue to grow stronger, more prepared, and more flexible in the upcoming school events. This is only the beginning! 💪🎉

Our heartfelt appreciation and gratitude go to our University President, Prof. Charisma S. Ututalum, CESE, and to the Dean of the Office of the Student Affairs, Engr. Firash Zhed S. Ututalum, for the trust, support, and opportunity given to the Emergency Response Team.

Day 2 of our training successfully wrapped up.

On December 4, 2025

The first day of the First Aid and Basic Life Support Training has formally concluded.

We convey our profound appreciation to the President of Sulu State College (SSC), Prof. Charisma S. Ututalum, CESE, for her support and commitment to the success of this program.

We likewise extend our gratitude to the adviser of the Emergency Response Team (ERT), Abdelsuhod S. Abdurahman, DPA, for his continued guidance, leadership, and professional stewardship throughout the activity.

Our sincere thanks are also accorded to Jolo BFP and Patikul BFP for sharing their invaluable expertise and for their dedicated participation, which significantly contributed to the productivity and meaningful outcome of Day 1.

As of 8:00 AM today, 22 October 2025, Severe Tropical Storm "FENGSHEN" (formerly "RAMIL") is still being monitored outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
Meanwhile, the Low Pressure Area (LPA 10g) has now developed into a Tropical Depression.

All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.
