Dear Parents and Guardians,
On September 21, 2026 (Monday), during the assembly, I reminded your children to regularly check their ๐๐ฆ๐ ๐๐ฆ ๐๐๐๐ข๐จ๐ก๐ง๐ฆ to be aware of any minor violations they may have committed in school.
We have been reminding our students daily to settle their violations and comply with school policies to avoid problems during the upcoming ๐๐๐ก๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ก.
Please be reminded that there will be ๐ก๐ข ๐ฆ๐ฃ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ก ๐ฆ๐๐๐๐๐จ๐๐ ๐๐ข๐ฅ ๐ง๐๐ ๐๐๐ก๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ก. Students who fail to take their examinations will automatically receive a ๐ฆ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ ๐ข๐ ๐ญ๐๐ฅ๐ข, in accordance with the policies stated in the ๐ฆ๐ง๐จ๐๐๐ก๐ง ๐ ๐๐ก๐จ๐๐.
In addition, the ๐ฆ๐๐๐ก๐๐ก๐ ๐ข๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ก๐๐๐ฆ is fast approaching. Please be informed that the Office of the Prefect of Student Formation (OPSF) will not sign the clearance of students who have not fulfilled the following requirements:
- Settlement of violations recorded in their ISMIS accounts;
- Completion of required community service;
- Submission of written sentences or narrative reports, as applicable;
- Compliance with all required school requirements; and
- Compliance with the prescribed haircut policy.
In this regard, we respectfully ask for your cooperation in reminding and guiding your children to regularly check their ๐๐ฆ๐ ๐๐ฆ ๐๐๐๐ข๐จ๐ก๐ง๐ฆ and settle any outstanding violations before the scheduled ๐๐๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ก๐๐ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ก๐๐ก๐ and ๐๐๐ก๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ก.
