We are pleased to welcome Dr. Manuel C. Be**no, lecturer at FEU Tech, De La Salle University, and Batangas State University, as one of the distinguished speakers at iCEAT 2026.

Dr. Be**no is a former Senior Director for Engineering at the Far Eastern University Institute of Technology and former Dean of the School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering at Mapua University. He also served as Chair of the Mechanical Engineering Department and Associate Dean of the College of Engineering at De La Salle University. He currently chairs the CHED Technical Committee in Mechanical Engineering and is a member of the Technical Panel for Engineering and Technology.

A registered Mechanical Engineer and award-winning educator, he has received numerous recognitions, including the PSME Most Outstanding Mechanical Engineer in the Field of Education and the Metrobank Foundation Outstanding Teacher Award.

We are pleased to welcome Dr. Priya K L, Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at TKM College of Engineering, Kollam, Kerala, India, as one of the distinguished speakers at iCEAT 2026.

With extensive experience in water and environmental research, Dr. Priya K L specializes in estuarine contaminant dynamics, groundwater quality, and microplastics dynamics and abatement. She has more than 82 international publications in journals and book chapters, over 40 conference papers, and has completed 10 funded research and consultancy projects. She is also a recipient of the Charles Boyden Award from the Estuarine and Coastal Sciences Association, UK, along with several Best Paper Awards.

We are pleased to welcome Dr. Floris Goerlandt, Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Canada Research Chair in Risk Management and Resource Optimization for Marine Industries at Dalhousie University, Canada, as one of the distinguished speakers at iCEAT 2026.

Dr. Goerlandt’s research focuses on maritime and coastal risk management, emergency preparedness and response, collaborative risk governance, and integrated decision support systems. His recent work explores maritime and aeronautical Search and Rescue, inter-organizational port risk management, and citizen science for coastal risk governance. He has published about 100 journal articles, 50 conference papers, and book chapters, and has received several research and best paper awards.
