𝐌𝐢𝐝𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞: 𝐎𝐍! 📚✨

As the 𝒎𝒊𝒅𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒎 𝒆𝒙𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 draw near, it’s time to prepare, refocus, and give our best efforts. This is a reminder that every hour of preparation, every lesson reviewed, and every effort made brings us one step closer to our academic goals. Remember, success is not only about achieving high scores, but also about learning, growing, and giving our best despite the challenges. 🤍

As we face this examination week, let us approach each subject with 𝒅𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, 𝒅𝒊𝒔𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒆, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒇𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆. Huwag kalimutan alagaan ang sarili while preparing for your exams. Trust the process, believe in your capabilities, and remember that your hard work will always be worth it. 📝

𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒚 𝒘𝒆𝒍𝒍, 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒄𝒖𝒔𝒆𝒅, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒍𝒆𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌 𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒌 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒊𝒕𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒇. You've got this, Humanistas! ✨💗

𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 🌿💚

You don’t have to be strong every day. It’s okay to rest when things feel heavy, to talk about what you’re going through, and to ask for support when you need it. Your feelings are valid, and taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health.

Let’s create a space where talking about mental health feels normal, asking for help is never something to be ashamed of, and everyone feels heard, understood, and valued. Sometimes, we may not know what someone is going through, but a little kindness can still make their day a little brighter. 🫶🏻

Be kind to your mind. Give yourself the time, patience, and compassion you deserve. And when things get difficult, remember that you don’t have to face them alone. 💚

This 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡, let us raise awareness about the importance of recognizing the signs and symptoms of 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫 and taking proactive steps toward our health. Early detection can make a significant difference, making breast self-awareness, regular clinical checkups, and recommended screening important steps toward early detection.

Let this month remind us to 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤, 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞, and 𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞. 💗 Share reliable information, support those affected by breast cancer, and encourage your loved ones to prioritize their health through regular screening and medical consultations. Our fellow Humanista, 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗲 𝗗. 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 (𝗕𝗦𝗕𝗔 𝗛𝗥𝗠 𝟭-𝟮), and her family are mourning the passing of her aunt. During this time of loss, even the simplest gestures of compassion can bring comfort and strength.

Sa gitna ng pagdadalamhati, we invite those who wish to help ease the financial burden brought by their loss. 𝗔𝗻𝘆 𝗮𝗺𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 and would go a long way in helping the family with the expenses they are currently facing. ❤️‍🩹
