Divine Word College of Legazpi, through its National Service Training Program (NSTP), in collaboration with the Center for Spirituality and Mission – Community Extension Service and the Social Concerns Unit, entered into a Memorandum of Agreement with Barangay Inang Pilar, Sorsogon, for the turnover of a Solid Waste Segregation Facility on May 24, 2026.

This initiative is anchored on one of DWCL’s core values, Integrity of Creation, and reflects the Divinian Pledge: “I care about the integrity of God’s creation.”

The Memorandum of Agreement was signed by Fr. Nielo M. Cantilado, SVD, School President, and Barangay Captain Alex C. Palma, with Sir Tony Bañares, NSTP Coordinator, and Barangay Kagawad Joeward M. Adamos, Committee Chair on Environment, serving as witnesses.
