𝑩𝑺𝑰𝑬 | 𝑪𝒂𝒑𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑴𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 & 𝒉𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒓 𝒔𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔 𝒂𝒕 𝑬𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒚𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒆 𝑵𝒆𝒈𝒐𝒔𝒚𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒆 𝑺𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒓

The Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering students from the college of engineering actively participated in the recently concluded Estudyante Negosyante Seminar as part of the Business Fair 2026 with the theme:"𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬: 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐛𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰'𝐬 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬".

In addition, aside from being part of the seminar, the BSIE also engaged themselves in the event as they establish an interactive free photo booth, their own stall in line with other business major courses to showcase their knowledge, creativity, and capability on the business side.

Meanwhile, the said seminar serves as a driving force for the community of Industrial Engineering students to be inspired and motivated in becoming the leader they are meant to be, whether it's in the engineering or business field.

The aforementioned seminar was held at the Ven. Mother Francisca Gymnasium of Siena college Tigaon Inc. on the 12th day of March, 2026.

On March 1, 2026, the Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙩 𝙨𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙡𝙖, 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨. This includes visiting the three museums, which are the National Museum of Anthropology, the National Museum of Fine Arts, and the National Museum of Natural History.

In addition, they also visited the intramuros to learn about and understand the historical events that played a key role in shaping the country's rich culture and identity. They also went to The Fountain Foyer, located at OKADA, Manila to witness an amazing fountain show.

The College of Engineering of Siena College Tigaon, Inc. is not only dedicated and passionate about enhancing students' academic experiences, but it also helps them gain important knowledge of what truly matters. To have a profound appreciation and understanding about the country's roots that makes it unique among the others.

The Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering students from the College of Engineering attended the recently concluded 𝟏𝟕𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐓𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 (STIES) with the theme "𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐄: 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐄𝐫𝐚," held at Dante B. De Padua Hall on the 28th day of February, 2026 at the University of the Philippines Los Baños.

The STIES XVII is formally spearheaded by the University of the Philippines Los Baños Industrial Engineering Students’ Organization (UPLB IESO).
This gathering, attended by participants from across the country, provides an opportunity for them to acquire knowledge and build connections with industry professionals, contributing to a stronger economic future through the responsible use of technology.

In addition to the insights students gained from distinguished speakers during the seminar on Data Analytics in Climate-Related Disaster Preparedness and Human-Centered Automation: Keeping People in the Process, they also took part in a hands-on workshop that allowed them to experience real-world projects of industrial engineers.

On Feb 22, 2025, the Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering students of Siena College Tigaon, Inc. attended the previously concluded Engineering Seminar and Career Expo 2025 as part of Engineering Congress 2025 with the theme: 𝙐𝙣𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘽𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙠𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙨: 𝙍𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙂𝙚𝙤𝙨𝙮𝙣𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙐𝙧𝙗𝙖𝙣 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙙𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙙 𝙂𝙚𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙏𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝.
Wherein professionals from across different fields of Industries in the Philippines shared their knowledge, experiences, and expertise to inspire the young generation of future engineers that participated the event to explore the diverse world engineering that full of endless opportunities.

The said event was held at Charles Fuller Baker Memorial Hall, University of the Philippines, Los Baños.
