SUBJECT: COMPLIANCE – ANNUAL ELECTIONS EVERY JUNE

Fraternal Greetings!

Pursuant to National MCO 004-2024 and the 2000 National Constitution (Art. XIV, Sec. 4):

✅ ALL CHAPTERS MUST HOLD ANNUAL ELECTIONS EVERY JUNE.

- No postponement or rescheduling allowed.
- Align all terms to the June–June cycle.
- Submit results & officer lists immediately after election.
- Conduct proceedings with unity, transparency, and respect.

Strict compliance is required to uphold our fraternity’s rules and structure.
