The official logo and all related insignia of Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) are registered intellectual property of the institution under registration number 4-2021-00529294 and are fully protected by existing intellectual property laws.

Hence, TAU enforces a strict policy against any unauthorized use, reproduction, or sale of merchandise bearing its official logo, whether for profit or non-commercial purposes, without securing prior written consent from the University. Any violation of this policy is considered an infringement of the University's intellectual property rights and may lead to legal action in accordance with Republic Act No. 8293, or the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines.

Individuals, groups, or organizations wishing to use the TAU logo or any of its associated marks are required to obtain formal approval and strictly follow the University's Intellectual Property Policies.
