The class did an excellent job cooking the steaks to perfection, achieving the ideal textures for both Medium and Medium Well doneness. The accompaniments were equally impressiveโfrom the perfectly seasoned roasted vegetables, fresh varied salads, and smooth creamy mashed potatoes, to the warm aromatic garlic bread and refreshing cucumber juice. You also prepared different kinds of sauces that beautifully complemented the steak, adding amazing flavor and presentation to the meal.
