On May 6, 2025, we held our closing meeting, marking the end of a heartfelt and unforgettable chapter for the Interact Club of JRU.
School year 2024โ2025 was particularly meaningful as it marked our schoolโs first Interact experience after the pandemic. As newcomers, we stepped in unsure of what to expect. However, as the months unfolded, we discovered something far greater than we had imagined.
Throughout the year, We didnโt just serve; we laughed, learned, made mistakes, and created memories. We discovered that the true essence of service lies not in seeking the spotlight, but in the sincerity of our actions.
To the officers of S.Y. 2024โ2025, your leadership and teamwork brought this club to life. We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to those who believed in us: Mrs. Haidee Merlin, Tito Manny, Interact Manawari, and our mother club, the Rotary Club of Mandaluyong. Thank you for your support, patience, and guidance.
As this school year comes to an end and a new one opens, we reflect with full hearts and step forward with open minds. The lessons weโve learned, the people weโve met, and the values weโve embraced will remain with us as we strive to become the best versions of ourselves.
So hereโs to what lies ahead: to growing, serving, and staying true to who we are. Being an Interactor doesnโt end with the school year; it lives on in how we lead, how we serve, and how we show up for others.
As we say, "Once an Interactor, always an Interactor." And let us carry the spirit of in all that we do.
Though we close this chapter, our story is far from over. With every lesson learned and every friendship forged, we embark on new adventures, ready to make a difference wherever we go. The journey ahead is bright, and together, we will continue to shine. โจ
