The Legislative Assembly will convene for its 1st Special Session on September 19, 2026 (Saturday), 7:00 PM onwards, online via Zoom. The session is set to cover the confirmation on the resignations of 16th USG officers currently in holdover capacity, and the deliberation on the appointments of new Deputy Ombudsmen Cunanan and Dorosan.

📢 10TH SPECIAL SESSION RECAP

The Legislative Assembly convened for the 10th Special Session on August 20, 2026, 3pm onwards via Zoom with the agenda of the appointment of the DAAM Chairperson, which unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, was unable to be tackled, the resignation of the USG Vice President for Internal Affairs, the term extension guidelines for officers, and the presidential succession of the VPEA in the vacancy of both the President and the VPIA.

Ang kabataan ang pag-asa ng bayan.

Naniniwala ang Legislative Assembly na ang kabataan ang magtataguyod ng malagong kinabukasan. Hindi kayang yumabong ng isang binhing pinuputol kapag ito'y lumihis sa tinutubuan, datapwat ito ay dapat gabayan pabalik sa kanyang tamang landas.

Ang pagbaba ng criminal age of liability ay ang pagbilanggo ng kinabukasan ng bawat batang kailangan ng pagmamahal at maayos na gabay. Rehabilitasyon, hindi rehas; pagkalingang mapagpasibol, hindi parusang puputol.
