[ADVISORY] Work-from-Home Arrangement on 20 August 2026

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 131, the Office of the College Secretary (OCS) will continue its work-from-home arrangement tomorrow, 20 August 2026.

All transactions and services of the Office will be conducted online, except for transactions that will require signatures or approvals from other offices, such as MRR, Return from LOA, Readmission, and similar requests. These transactions will be processed once on-site work resumes.

1. In preparation for the 2026 CPH Recognition Ceremony, 117th UP Manila Commencement Exercises, and 1st Semester AY 2026-2027 Enrollment, requests for True Copy of Grades (TCG) and other certificates will be temporarily closed starting 24 July 2026, 5:00 PM and will resume after the enrollment period.

2. CPH-OCS will be closed on 03-04 August 2026 for the 2026 CPH Recognition Ceremony and 117th UP Manila Commencement Exercises.
