📣 SE Roadmap Spotlight: The Academe Subsector

Behind a thriving social enterprise ecosystem is a strong foundation of research, education, and innovation—much of which is driven by the academe. 📚

In this video, Dr. Norby Salonga and Mr. Aristheo Lacuna highlight the vital role academic institutions play in advancing the social enterprise sector.

Dr. Salonga, Founding Director of the Lasallian Social Enterprise for Economic Development- LSEED Center, and Mr. Lacuna, Senior Faculty at Southville Business School’s Center of Sustainable Entrepreneurship, are leading the National Association of Social Enterprise Educators and Administrators (NASEEA) in nurturing our future changemakers.

Through curriculum development, research, and social engagement, the academe works with government, industry, and civil society to institutionalize support for social enterprises and make this a viable path for impact-driven innovators. 🤝
