On behalf of the Philippine-American Educational Foundation (PAEF), in partnership with the Philippine Space Agency (PhilSA), we are pleased to announce that the application period for the Fulbright-PhilSA Award in Space Science & Technology Applications has been extended. To ensure that qualified faculty, researchers, and graduating students have ample time to finalize and submit their applications, the new deadline for submission is June 19, 2026.

This specialized track under the Fulbright Foreign Student Program supports future Filipino leaders in advancing a robust local space ecosystem. The scholarship provides full funding for Master’s Degrees (up to 2 years), and Doctoral Studies (up to 2 years).
We invite applicants whose research goals align with the following strategic pillars of the Philippine space ecosystem.

The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) hereby announces the call for applications to the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) A2A Scholarship Scheme 2026–2027.

Offered by India’s ICCR, this scholarship provides international students the opportunity to pursue diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD programs at Indian universities.

The scholarship covers tuition fees, stipend, return economy airfare, local travel (air or AC train), house rent allowance, contingent allowance, and thesis/dissertation allowance.
