As approved by the 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐟𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐬 last 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟏𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, 𝐚 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐫𝐮𝐠 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬.

In line with this, a Medical Laboratory and Drug Testing will be conducted at the DOrSU CATEEL CAMPUS Gymnasium, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

💰Inclusions and Fees:

* Medical Laboratory and Drug Testing – ₱750.00

* Medical Laboratory only (Urinalysis, Fecalysis, Chest X-ray, and Medical Certificate) – ₱500.00

* Drug Testing only – ₱300.00

📅Schedule:

* BSBA and BSAM – July 18, 2025

* BSCRIM, BSA, and BEED – July 19, 2025

To all student delegates and participants of SIGLAKAS 2025, please be advised that medical consultation will be available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on April 22–25, 2025.

We strongly encourage everyone to seek medical attention within this schedule for any health concerns or needs.

Only EMERGENCY cases will be attended to beyond 8:00 PM.
