OPEN POSITION: Market Development Officer

Are you passionate about community development and digital transformation? join One Coop's team and help empower cooperatives, MSMEs, and organizations through technology!

As a Market Development Officer, you will work directly with cooperatives, MSMEs, and organizations to help promote digital literacy and expand the adoption of CoopPay in the field.

💼 Key Task:

• Build partnerships and onboard new users
• Conduct field visits and CoopPay Orientations
• Train and Support CoopPay Ambassadors
• Assist in marketing events and campaigns

💡Qualifications:

• Graduate of Marketing, Cooperatives, Community Development, or any related field
• Strong presentation and cooperative engagement skills
• Team Player & Passionate about cooperative development
• Willing to engage and work with cooperatives and organizations in the field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

UPDATES FOR 2026 CAREER FEST P2, Mga Ka ISKO at KA ISKA

Please be informed that the 2026 Career Fest P2 scheduled for today, September 10, 2026, will not proceed.

This cancellation is in compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 135, released this morning by the
Office of the President. The directive orders government agencies to adopt work-from-home and
alternative work arrangements in anticipation of continued heavy rains associated with the enhanced
Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and the cumulative effects of prolonged rainfall.

As a government entity, our agency is strictly adhering to this safety mandate to protect the welfare,
mobility, and safety of all job seekers/students/alumni, employers/industry partners, and PUP personnel.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this sudden, weather-related disruption. We
are actively monitoring the situation, and a new schedule for the 2026 Career Fest P2 will be announced as soon

2026 Career Fest Part 2
Calling ALL Graduating Students (Mid Year and Year-End), Alumni and Student looking for internship and potential employment are invited to join us on September 9-11, 2026, at the PUP Gymnasium for the 2026 Career Fest P2

Additionally, graduating students are advised to attend and participate in the Career Development Seminar and Orientation for the Graduating Students on September 9-11, 2026 at the PUP Gymnasium based on their assigned schedule.

We have invited industry partners as well as government agencies such as PSA, Philsys, Philhealth, Phil. Postal Corporation, Pag-IBIG Fund, and SSS, as part of the One-Stop-Shop Government Services to cater to student alumni requests for credentials.
