A new chapter of leadership begins as the outgoing JFINEX officers officially hand over their responsibilities to the newly elected officers for the Academic Year 2026–2027. On May 14, 2026, the turnover ceremony was successfully conducted by the outgoing officers, formally transferring roles, responsibilities, organizational documents, and leadership duties to the incoming set of officers.

Dr. Ginalyn T. Baynosa, the JFINEX Adviser, recognized the efforts of the outgoing officers for their service and dedication and expressed her appreciation for their contributions to the organization. She warmly welcomed the incoming officers and reminded them to fulfill their duties and responsibilities with passion, dedication, and integrity, encouraging them to serve as responsible leaders and to continue the organization’s mission of providing excellent service to students.

The turnover ceremony served as a meaningful celebration of leadership, service, and commitment, recognizing the efforts and achievements of the outgoing officers while welcoming the incoming leaders who will continue to uphold the organization’s mission and vision.

The Pre-Valentine’s Day celebration held on February 11, 2026, at BukSU Alubijid Campus was a day filled with fun, laughter, and meaningful memories. Students had the opportunity to bond, make new friends, and strengthen their connection as one BukSU Alubijid community.

The event highlighted love and friendship while encouraging unity, teamwork, a participation among BSBA students.

Through interactive simple activities, the activity successfully brought students closer together and reinforced the spirit of togetherness that defines BukSU Alubijid Campus.

𝐁𝐒𝐁𝐀 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐬 𝐑𝐞-𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) program of BukSU Alubijid Campus recently held its Program Re-Orientation on January 16, 2026, at the BukSU Alubijid Multipurpose Building. The orientation was attended by all BSBA students and aimed to provide important program updates—academic policies, research policies, the grading system, student internship guidelines, and graduation policies.

Dr. Ginalyn T. Baynosa, BSBA Program Head, delivered valuable insights and guidance and reminded students to take responsibility for their academics and to be mindful of prerequisite subjects to avoid enrollment issues and complications in advancing to higher-level courses. She discussed academic policies, the grading system, research policies, and internship guidelines, which serve as essential pathways to ensure students’ smooth academic progression and successful transition of graduating students into their on-the-job training or internship programs.

In addition, the Junior Financial Executives (JFINEX) shared their organizational updates and policies, emphasizing the importance of following guidelines and actively participating in all activities. JFINEX highlighted that engagement in its extracurricular programs provides valuable opportunities for students to develop their skills and knowledge as they prepare for the actual work environment.

Thank you to our dear students and JFINEX officers for their active participation and cooperation, which made the event meaningful and successful.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 𝗝𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗫 𝗕𝘂𝗸𝗦𝗨 𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗯𝗶𝗷𝗶𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗜𝗭𝗕𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱!

The Junior Financial Executives (JFINEX)–Alubijid joined the BIZBUILDERS Forum 2025 held at the BukSU Main Campus. The event featured major competitions, including the Financial Management Wizard and the Business Debate, where JFINEX–Alubijid secured a top-three finish in the business debate category. Further bringing honor to the team, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼
was recognized as the top 1 best speaker in the Business Debate competition.

JFINEX BukSU–Alubijid extends its heartfelt gratitude to its adviser, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗚𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝗻 𝗧. 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗻𝗼𝘀𝗮, 𝗦𝗔𝗦 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗠𝗮’𝗮𝗺 𝗝𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗩. 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼, the 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗯𝗶𝗷𝗶𝗱, and the 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀-𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗣𝗧𝗢) of the campus for their constant support and guidance, which greatly contributed to the success of the student delegates.

Indeed, the event instilled in the participants a stronger sense of determination, confidence, and passion for excellence. Through the challenges they faced and the insights they gained, the competition motivated them to strive harder, push their limits, and continue honing their skills as future leaders in the field of finance.
