To ensure a safe and secure environment for our community, Bukidnon State University - Medina Campus is enforcing strict security protocols at all entry points. Personnel will conduct access verifications, document checks, and identification screenings. Full cooperation with campus security is strictly required.

𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: You must wear your complete prescribed university uniform and display your BukSU Student ID at all times upon entering the campus. Non-compliance will result in secondary verification and potential disciplinary action.

𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: If you have not yet received your official uniform or Student ID, you must present a valid Certificate of Enrollment/Registration (COR) alongside a valid government-issued or previous school ID to gain entry.

All guests, parents, and non-university personnel seeking entry to the BukSU Medina Campus must report directly to the main security gate. Visitors are required to present a valid government-issued ID, sign the official visitor logbook, and state the purpose of their visit before access is granted. Unannounced or unverified visitors may be subject to additional security clearance or denied entry. Your full cooperation helps us maintain a secure and orderly campus environment.

Personnel from Bukidnon State University (BukSU) Medina Satellite Campus actively participated in the Fiscal Year 2027 Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) & Program of Receipts and Expenditures (PRE) Preparation Workshop held on August 12–13, 2026, at the BukSU Auditorium, Main Campus.

Organized by the university's Financial Management Division (FMD) and Procurement Unit (PU), the two-day workshop aimed to streamline financial planning, ensure budget alignment, and foster systematic procurement management across satellite campuses for FY 2027.

The workshop provided key guidance to satellite campus personnel, academic heads, and unit planners on drafting structured PPMPs and PREs compliant with government accounting rules and university priorities under the SMART BukSU framework.

Through hands-on technical sessions and budget planning discussions, participants focused on optimizing resource allocation, prioritizing strategic procurement needs, and ensuring seamless ex*****on of academic and administrative projects for the upcoming fiscal year.

The active involvement of BukSU Medina Campus representatives highlights the university’s commitment to institutional transparency, accountability, and fiscal prudence across all satellite campuses.
