The University of Rizal System – Morong Campus is honored to welcome Engr. Paul D. Tanawan, Registered Electrical Engineer and Manager for Wind Project Development at ACEN Corporation, as the Guest Speaker for the Recognition Rites, Pinning, and Sakbay Ceremonies 2026.

A native of Morong, Rizal, Engr. Tanawan brings with him more than two decades of exemplary experience in the energy sector. Throughout his professional journey, he has served in key leadership roles across leading renewable energy organizations, playing a significant role in advancing wind energy development and sustainable power solutions in the Philippines.

From his beginnings as a student of Rizal Polytechnic College to his current leadership role in the renewable energy industry, his career stands as a testament to how dedication, expertise, and purpose can shape meaningful impact. Anchored on this year’s commencement theme, “University of Rizal System: Empowering Graduates for Global Excellence and ASEAN Leadership,” Engr. Tanawan exemplifies innovation, professional excellence, and transformative leadership in a rapidly evolving global landscape.
