The Peñafrancia Sano Eagles Club, Peñafrancia Labuyo Eagles Club, and Peñafrancia Bikolnon Eagles District, under the banner of the Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles), successfully spearheaded an outreach program at R.T. Subastil Memorial High School last June 11, 2026 as part of the Balik Eskwela Program 2026. This initiative reflects the organization’s unwavering commitment to service, education, and community development by providing assistance and support to students as they prepare for another academic year.
Guided by the Eagles’ core principle of “Service Through Strong Brotherhood,” the program aims to promote educational empowerment by helping learners overcome barriers that may hinder their academic success. Through the distribution of school supplies, learning materials, and other forms of assistance, the outreach activity sought to encourage students to pursue their studies with confidence, determination, and hope for a brighter future.
