𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥 | ID CREATION RESCHEDULING

Please be informed that rescheduling of ID creation appointments is only allowed for 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻.

𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱 their scheduled appointment 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 will not be automatically rescheduled. They will need to wait for the next available opening of slots and make a new reservation.

Please make sure to attend your scheduled appointment on time to avoid losing your slot.

Attention, CLSU Students

We are pleased to announce that the Metrobank Scholarship Program is now accepting applications!

📌 Eligibility Requirements:
✅ Must be enrolled in one of the following degree programs:
• BS Biology
• BS Agriculture (Major in Animal Science)
• BS Environmental Science
✅ Incoming:
• 1st Year (for 4-year degree programs), or
• 2nd Year (for 5-year degree programs)
✅ Academic Requirements:
• At least 90% Grade 12 General Average (Incoming 1st Year), or
• At least 85% General Weighted Average (GWA) for Incoming 2nd Year students in 5-year programs
✅ Annual family income of ₱500,000 or below
✅ Must not be a recipient of a full scholarship from another scholarship program

To all grantees who have received their one-time grant, please submit Four (4) photocopies of your CLSU ID (front and back) with 3 original signatures on each copy at the right-side of paper, using blue-ink ballpen.

Kindly submit the required documents on or before September 15, 2026, at the Scholarship Unit, Office of Admissions, as these are needed for liquidation purposes.
