Announcement: Intent to Renew Residency
To All Residents,
As we approach the end of the current academic term, the management is beginning preparations for the upcoming school year. To ensure we can effectively manage room allocations and maintenance schedules, we kindly request that you declare your residency intentions.
Please inform the management office whether or not you plan to retain your current room for the next school year by May 1, 2026.
How to Confirm:
To Renew: Please visit the office to sign the intent-to-stay form and discuss any necessary lease renewals.
To Vacate: If you do not plan to return, please submit a written notice so we can begin the move-out inspection process.
Note: Failure to advise the management by the deadline may result in your slot being opened to new applicants on our waiting list.
