By virtue of Board Resolution No. 76, s. 2026, dated June 24, 2026, the Palawan State University Board of Regents officially proclaimed Dr. Venzon L. Limpiada as the 10th University President of Palawan State University.

The PalawanSU community extends its warmest congratulations to Dr. Venzon L. Limpiada on this significant milestone. As the University embarks on a new chapter of leadership, we look forward to advancing PalawanSU's mandate in instruction, research, extension, innovation, and governance under Dr. Limpiada's stewardship.

On June 9, 2026, the Palawan State University Del Sur Cluster – Sofronio Española Campus proudly conducted its 19th Commencement Exercises at the Pulot National High School Gymnasium, marking a significant milestone in the academic journey of its graduating class.

The event was honored by the presence of Cong. Carl Josef F. Legazpi, Pinoy Workers Party List Representative, who served as the keynote speaker. Through his inspiring address, he encouraged the graduates to pursue their aspirations with determination, integrity, and a commitment to serving their communities.

An inspirational message was also delivered by Hon. Abner Rafael N. Tesorio, Municipal Mayor of Sofronio Española, who encouraged and inspired the graduating students to pursue their dreams with determination, resilience, and a strong sense of purpose in serving their families and communities.

Joining the celebration were esteemed University Officials: Prof. Marissa S. Pontillas, OIC President of Palawan State University; Dr. Maila N. On June 8, 2026, the Palawan State University Del Sur Cluster – Bataraza Campus proudly held its 20th Commencement Exercises and Graduation Ceremony 2026 at the Bataraza Mini Coliseum, honoring the hard work, perseverance, and academic achievements of 136 graduates.

The ceremony was graced by Hon. Al-Shariff W. Ibba, Municipal Mayor of Bataraza, represented by Hon. Abdulgani M. Ibba, Sangguniang Bayan Member of the Municipality of Bataraza, who delivered an inspiring message to the graduating class as keynote speaker.

Representatives from the four campuses under the PSU Del Sur Cluster — PSU Sofronio Española, PSU Brooke’s Point, PSU Bataraza, and PSU Balabac, are currently participating in the Pinnacle Training on Online Enrollment held at PSU Brooke’s Point on May 13–14.

The activity aims to enhance digital competency and ensure more efficient and improved service delivery for students across all campuses.
