This organization shall be known as the (University of the Assumption) College Red Cross Youth Council, hereinafter referred to as Council. The basic aim of the council is to develop among college students the spirit of humanitarianism and social services, as indicated in the Mission – Vision of the University of the Assumption, hereinafter referred to as University, as: “Scientia”, which means Ac

ademic Excellence, by imparting significant information regarding health promotion, health maintenance and disease prevention through seminars, health teachings and health advisories; “Virtus”, which means Christian Formation, through molding and guiding students to become Christian Servant Leaders; “Communitas” which means community service, through participation in the different activities of the Philippine National Red Cross, hereinafter referred to as Red Cross, by furnishing them with all the means to realize activities within the framework of the Red Cross.
