𝑻𝒘𝒐 𝑫𝒂𝒚𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑰𝒏𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏.

The 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 – 𝐁𝐢𝐧𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 (𝐏𝐒𝐔-𝐁𝐈𝐍𝐂 𝐒𝐒𝐂) has successfully concluded its active participation in the two-day 𝐒𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐆𝐘 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔: 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

A defining milestone of this convention was the official 𝐎𝐚𝐭𝐡-𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲, where our student leaders formally pledged their commitment to climate leadership and environmental governance.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to TRAC Philippines for granting our council the invaluable opportunity to be part of this high-impact training program and induction. Immersing our student leaders in this convention is highly significant for both our institution and the student body. It bridges the gap between global sustainability frameworks and localized student governance—equipping us with the knowledge, policy insights, and leadership tools needed to champion environmental stewardship and disaster resilience within our campus and the wider community.

Armed with these new learnings, we stand prepared to serve as catalysts for change, driving a future where People, Planet, and Prosperity thrive together.

𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝒊𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒂 𝒃𝒊𝒈 𝒅𝒆𝒂𝒍?

This upgrade is a crucial investment in our daily operations. It will primarily serve as the backbone for our Secretariat team, ensuring that document archiving, minutes, and official correspondence are processed seamlessly. Furthermore, this will power our SSC Printing Service, guaranteeing faster turnaround times and a much smoother transaction process whenever you need your papers printed.

Under the proactive leadership of President Urbien and the constant support of our advisers, this is a clear testament that the 𝐏𝐒𝐔𝐁𝐈𝐍𝐂 𝐒𝐒𝐂 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 is actively preparing the office to be more productive, capable, and ready to serve for the upcoming academic years.

𝑾𝒆 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒑𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒐𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒕𝒐𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝒔𝒐 𝒘𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒃𝒆 𝒉𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒍𝒚 𝒆𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆!

Most importantly, this procurement proves that the council is looking far beyond the present. We are genuinely thinking about the next generation of the Supreme Student Council and the entire student body. By securing this equipment today, we are ensuring that future student leaders will have the right tools to continue serving the campus without any delays.

Penuliar, a graduate of the Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Science under the College of General and Teacher Education (CGTE) of Pangasinan State University Binmaley Campus, became the first topnotcher produced by the Education Department of the campus, marking a historic achievement for the institution.

The accomplishment reflects the University’s commitment to academic excellence, quality teacher education, and the dedication of its faculty members in shaping future educators.

The success of Penuliar was celebrated by the administration led by Campus Executive Director Dr. Joseph B. Campit and University President Dr. Elbert M. Galas, together with the faculty members of the College of General and Teacher Education headed by Dr. Richelle A. Junio, College Dean, and Dr. Jean Camile Ermino, Department Chairperson.

Penuliar’s achievement brings pride and honor not only to PSU Binmaley Campus but also to the entire Pangasinan State University community. His success serves as an inspiration to aspiring educators to pursue excellence, perseverance, and commitment in the teaching profession.

The Supreme Student Council - Binmaley Campus extends its warmest congratulations to the entire batch of newly licensed educators for successfully passing the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT).

A special salute to Mr. Francis Kim R. Penuliar for making history as the first-ever topnotcher of the BSED Science program, securing Top 10 with an outstanding rating of 93.20%!

This feat, complemented by an impressive 80% passing rate among first-time takers and a commendable 70.97% overall passing performance, highlights the university’s dedication to producing globally competitive and values-oriented educators.
