A sea of orange filled the University of Luzon as students, faculty, and administrators gathered for the Tiger Walk 2026 on July 1, 2026, formally welcoming the newest members of the UL community.

Hosted by the College of Business Administration and the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management, with the College of Education as co-host, the event showcased the university's enduring culture of collaboration and school spirit. As freshmen marched across the campus, they were greeted with enthusiasm and encouragement, reflecting the institution's commitment to providing a supportive environment where every student can thrive.

The College of Criminology proudly took part in the celebration, led by Dr. Dante A. De Castro, Dean of the College of Criminology. Alongside faculty members and student leaders, the College warmly welcomed its incoming freshmen, who officially joined the growing community of future criminologists committed to discipline, integrity, leadership, and public service.

Last June 22โ€“23, 2026, the University of Luzon warmly welcomed its freshmen and transferee students during the Welcome Assembly 2026 held at the UL Don Luis F. Samson Sr. Estadio.

Spearheaded by the College of Business Administration (CBA) and the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management (CHTM) as the university-wide host colleges, the two-day celebration fostered camaraderie, school spirit, and a sense of belonging among the newest members of the UL community.

The University of Luzon College of Criminology proudly joined the celebration by setting up an interactive booth featuring engaging games, informative discussions, and activities that showcased the dynamic and service-oriented spirit of the criminology profession. The booth attracted not only criminology students but also students from various colleges, creating opportunities for learning, interaction, and fun.
