𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | 𝗣𝗦𝗨 𝗕𝗶𝗻𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗘𝗧 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗼𝗽𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿.

𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 – 𝐁𝐢𝐧𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬, through the 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, successfully conducted a Holy Mass and Recognition Ceremony for the November 2025 and March 2026 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) Passers last May 18, 2026, at the Campus Gymnasium.
The event became a meaningful celebration of faith, perseverance, and academic excellence as the university recognized its newly licensed professional teachers together with the campus’ 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝟏𝟎 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐰𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫, 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝘀 𝗞𝗶𝗺 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗿, 𝗟𝗣𝗧. ✨
The program formally opened with the welcome remarks of 𝐃𝐫. 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐀. 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨, 𝐷𝑒𝑎𝑛 𝑜𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝐶𝑜𝑙𝑙𝑒𝑔𝑒 𝑜𝑓 𝐺𝑒𝑛𝑒𝑟𝑎𝑙 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑇𝑒𝑎𝑐ℎ𝑒𝑟 𝐸𝑑𝑢𝑐𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛, who highlighted the importance of celebrating not only achievements, but also the determination, sacrifices, and resilience behind every success story.
This was followed by the inspirational message of 𝐃𝐫. 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐡 𝐁. 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐭, 𝐶𝑎𝑚𝑝𝑢𝑠 𝐸𝑥𝑒𝑐𝑢𝑡𝑖𝑣𝑒 𝐷𝑖𝑟𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑜𝑟 𝑜𝑓 𝑃𝑆𝑈 𝐵𝑖𝑛𝑚𝑎𝑙𝑒𝑦 𝐶𝑎𝑚𝑝𝑢𝑠, who encouraged the newly licensed teachers to continue serving with excellence, integrity, and passion in the teaching profession.
Messages from the passers were also shared during the program, led by 𝐌𝐬. 𝐑𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐬 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐬, 𝐋𝐏𝐓, November Batch Representative, who reflected on the journey, challenges, and triumphs experienced by the graduates in preparation for the LET.
One of the highlights of the ceremony was the testimonial message delivered by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝘀 𝗞𝗶𝗺 𝗥. 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗿, 𝗟𝗣𝗧, the campus’ 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝟏𝟎 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐰𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫, who inspired fellow graduates through his story of perseverance, discipline, and unwavering faith throughout his LET journey.
The awarding of certificates and photo opportunity followed as faculty members, administrators, families, and students gathered together in recognition of the achievements of the passers and topnotcher who continue to bring pride and honor to the PSU Binmaley community.

Another remarkable milestone has been etched into the history of 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 – 𝗕𝗶𝗻𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 as 𝗠𝘀. 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗲 𝗦. The University Administration led by President Dr. Elbert M. Galas through the Office of the Vice President for Local and International Affairs, led by Dr. Renato E. Salcedo, proudly congratulates the six outbound Teacher Education students and two international visiting lecturers as they officially embark on their journey for the Pre-Service Student Teacher Exchange in Southeast Asia (SEA-Teacher Project Batch 11!

Our delegation will be representing Pangasinan State University at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKA (UHAMKA) in Jakarta, Indonesia. Moreover, the two faculty members will also visit Universitas Terbuka in Banten province.

Established by the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO), the SEA-Teacher Project opens doors for future educators to gain invaluable global teaching experiences and hands-on practicum training within the Southeast Asian region.

This remarkable engagement stands as a testament to PSU’s commitment to fostering international academic partnerships, enriching faculty development, and molding globally competitive student-teachers.

The College of General and Teacher Education proudly celebrates its successful graduates from the Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Science program for passing the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers.

This achievement becomes even more meaningful as the Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Science program recorded a commendable 70.97% overall passing rate, with 22 out of 31 examinees successfully earning their professional licenses. More inspiring is the exceptional performance of the first-time takers, who achieved an impressive 80% passing rate after 20 out of 25 examinees passed the examination.

Behind these successes are years of sacrifices, sleepless nights, perseverance, discipline, and unwavering determination to overcome every challenge encountered throughout the journey. These milestones reflect not only academic excellence, but also the resilience, competence, and commitment required in the noble profession of teaching.

The College also takes pride in the historic achievement of producing its first-ever topnotcher, proving that PSU Binmaley Campus continues to nurture future educators capable of standing alongside the nation’s best through competence, dedication, and excellence.

The institution extends its sincere gratitude to University President Dr. Elbert M. Galas for his steadfast support toward academic excellence and quality teacher education.
