The Raymond Terrace – Heatherbrae Bypass, located in the Hunter Region of New South Wales, forms part of a key transport corridor north of Newcastle. The project is designed to divert through-traffic away from the existing Pacific Highway, reducing congestion and improving overall traffic flow.
Within this project, Revision Zero’s scope is focused on the signage system and its supporting structural components. This includes the detailed modelling and preparation of fabrication drawings for a range of sign support structures along the bypass corridor.
The works cover overhead gantries, cantilever arms, and roadside sign structures, all designed in accordance with relevant Australian standards. As part of this package, Revision Zero is delivering advanced 3D modelling and detailed fabrication drawings for approximately 15 tonnes of structural steel, along with associated access components including handrails and grating.
In recent years, Revision Zero has been involved in a growing number of road infrastructure and signage system projects across Australia and New Zealand. Through this, the team has developed a high level of specialisation in the detailing and delivery of complex signage structures, including VMS gantries, cantilevered systems, and roadside installations.
This experience has enabled Revision Zero to build strong capability in managing the unique challenges associated with signage systems authority standards. With a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and buildability, Revision Zero continues to support clients in delivering reliable and well-integrated signage solutions across major infrastructure projects.
