The Entrepreneurial Management Program of University of Asia and the Pacific recognizes that each student is unique. Personal intervention and individualized teaching are excellent ways to help him become the best that he can be. Mentoring is thus incorporated into its program

Here, every student is assigned a mentor - executives and entrepreneurs with proven track records in their own endeavors

- whom they meet on a one -on-one basis. They clarify classroom theory and encourage practical application while identifying students' learning needs. In the process, certain disciplines, work ethics and work experiences are shared with the mentees, allowing them to treasure the values of teamwork, diligence, grace under pressure and trustworthiness
