Representatives from Isabela School of Arts and Trades (ISAT), led by Ms. Ma. Elena A. Narciso, Vocational School Superintendent, together with Ms. Joevie Jane T. Gagno, Instructor, paid a courtesy visit to APACC President Prof. (Dr.) Suresh Kumar Dhameja on September 16, 2026, at the APACC Headquarters in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

The visit followed ISAT’s APACC accreditation visit held from August 26 to 28, 2026. It also provided an opportunity for APACC and ISAT to reconnect and continue their exchange on quality assurance and institutional practices in TVET.

𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈 | 𝐀𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐂 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐙𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚 𝐒𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞

Another accreditation activity brought APACC to Zamboanga Sibugay Polytechnic Institute (ZSPI) for a three-day on-site evaluation held from September 2 to 4, 2026.

During the visit, Dr. Luisita Dela Cruz, Lead Accreditor; Dr. Nidhi Gautam, Member Accreditor; and Ms. Julifer Madeja, Documentation Officer, assessed the institution against the seven APACC criteria. The team reviewed documentary evidence, met with key personnel, and conducted a tour of the facilities to validate ZSPI’s institutional practices, systems, and performance.

We extend our best wishes to ZSPI as it awaits the results and continues its commitment to providing quality TVET for its community!

APACC continues its work in promoting quality assurance and strengthening TVET institutions as it brings its accreditation activities to Region II of the Philippines.

From August 26 to 28, 2026, APACC conducted a three-day accreditation visit to the Isabela School of Arts and Trades (ISAT) in City of Ilagan, Isabela, Philippines.

Leading the team were Prof. Rhodora Ulan (Lead Accreditor), Engr. (Dr.) D.D.D. Suraweera (Member Accreditor), and Ms. Stephanie Rimas (Documentation Officer), who checked and validated ISAT’s institutional practices, systems, and performance through the review of evidence, discussions with key personnel, and on-site observations.

APACC extends its appreciation to ISAT for welcoming the accreditation team and participating in the accreditation process. We wish ISAT the very best as it awaits the results of the accreditation!

𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈 | 𝐀𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐂 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐑𝐓𝐂-𝐊𝐏𝐕𝐓𝐂

A three-day accreditation brought APACC to the Regional Training Center – Korea-Philippines Vocational Training Center (RTC-KPVTC) in Davao City, Philippines, from August 18 to 20, 2026.

The accreditation team, composed of Dr. Godelyn Hisole (Lead Accreditor), Dr. Kanika Sharma (Member Accreditor), and Ms. Diana Karla Reyes (Documentation Officer), examined the training center's practices and performance through the seven criteria of the 2020 APACC Accreditation Manual.

The accreditation visit also welcomed APACC President Prof. Dr. Suresh Kumar Dhameja, highlighting APACC’s close engagement with TVET institutions as he witnessed RTC-KPVTC’s efforts to strengthen its practices and create meaningful opportunities for its learners.

The accreditation leg in the Bicol Region, Philippines, continued with APACC’s on-site visit to San Francisco Institute of Science and Technology (SFIST) in Albay from July 28 to 30, 2026.

During the three-day visit, Dr. Chithral Ambawatte (Lead Accreditor), Ms. Jerallden B. de Leon (Member Accreditor), and Ms. Arlene Cruz (Documentation Officer) worked with the institution in reviewing its practices and performance across the seven criteria of the 2020 APACC Accreditation Manual.

To assess institutional practices, recognize good practices, and support continuous improvement in TVET, APACC conducted an on-site accreditation visit to Concepcion Vocational School (CVS)in Tarlac, Philippines, from July 27 to 29, 2026.

The three-day visit was led byProf. Dr. Govindarajan Kulanthaivel (Lead Accreditor), together with Dr. Angelica Baylon (Member Accreditor) and Ms. Danilyn Amaro (Documentation Officer). The accreditation team conducted a comprehensive evaluation based on the seven criteria of the 2020 APACC Accreditation Manual.
