RESEARCH DEFENDED!

After months of hard work and countless hours of research, it's finally the day to celebrate the achievements of our AB Psychology students at Sacred Heart Academy - College Department.

A huge congratulations to Angela T. Lopez, Angelica L. Aguilar, Jamie Ann N. Cabuyao, Joana Eloisa L. Bernardo, Mae Crystalyn S. Resurreccion, and Rebecah Joy J. Lagunsad for successfully presenting their thesis during their final defense. The sleepless nights and overcoming many challenges to present well on this big day are truly inspiring.

We are so proud of everything you’ve accomplished!✨

And it's a wrap! 🎉

What an inspiring and meaningful celebration of Mental Health Week at Sacred Heart Academy, led by our dedicated Psychology students!

This week’s activities encouraged everyone to stand up against bullying, promote kindness, and create a safe space where every heart feels seen and valued. Let us all learn that healing begins with empathy and respect. ✨

As we celebrate Mental Health Week 2025, we are reminded of the importance of standing together to stop bullying and to take care of everyone’s mental health.

The discussion led by our organization hopes to encourage all of us to open our hearts and minds to one another. It reminds us that kindness and respect can make a big difference in someone’s life. When we choose to be kind, we help create a safe and supportive community where everyone feels accepted and valued.

Bullying can deeply hurt a person’s feelings and mental well-being. That is why it is important to show compassion for one another. By doing this, we can help those who are struggling and let them know that they are not alone. Every word and every action we take has the power to heal or to hurt — so let us always choose to think first before we say it.

As Anne Frank once said, “What is done cannot be undone, but one can prevent it from happening again.” These words taught us that even though we cannot change the past, we can learn from it and make better choices for the future. Let us continue to build a school and a world where kindness and respect guide everything we do. 🫂✨

I am [Name], a [Year/Grade & Program] student at Sacred Heart Academy of Sta. Maria (Bulacan), Inc. reminding you that you are loved, heard, and understood. 🤍

I proudly support the movement to raise mental health awareness and prevent all forms of bullying. As a SHAn, I am committed to promoting help-seeking behaviors and emotional well-being care practices.

As we celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month, let’s spread love, kindness, and encouragement to everyone. No one deserves to be discriminated against, isolated, or laughed at for being different. Let’s choose compassion over judgment and understanding over hate.

💚 Join us in breaking the bullying chain. Together, let’s support one another and —
Embrace Every Soul, One Difference at a Time.

Hey, SHAns! It’s the start of MENTAL HEALTH WEEK 2025 on October 6 ! 💚

Theme: “Let’s Stand Together to Stop Bullying and for Everyone’s Mental Health” ✨

“What is done cannot be undone, but one can prevent it happening again.” – Anne Frank

This coming week, let’s unite as one SHA family and stand up for what truly matters — kindness, respect, and mental well-being. Bullying has no place in our school, in our community, or in our hearts.

We may not be able to change the pain caused by bullying in the past, but we can choose to stop it now. Protect your peace, protect your worth, and never let anyone define who you are.

Let’s make this week a reminder that your words have power — so use them to uplift, not tear down. 🫶🏻 Through the activities we’ve prepared, we hope you find a safe space to express yourself, connect with others, and feel supported. 🤝💛

📅 Join us this Mental Health Week and let’s build a school community where everyone feels valued, respected, and loved. 💚
