Also known as the “Student Fair Sanction and Fine Regulation Act,” this act introduces clear, fair, and student-centered guidelines in handling sanctions across all recognized organizations.

Among its key provisions:
• Suspension of compulsory monetary fines, promoting community service as the primary sanction
• A ₱200.00 semester cap on all fines to prevent excessive financial burden
• Availability of in-kind contributions as an alternative to monetary penalties
• Standardized sanction system for all university, college, and organizational events
• Strengthened monitoring, reporting, and transparency mechanisms
• Protection of students through clear appeal, documentation, and verification processes

As USG Act No. 001, Series of 2025–2026, this measure ensures that discipline within the university remains fair, transparent, and grounded in student welfare, reinforcing that participation should build responsibility—not financial strain.

The PSU-SCOA deeply mourns the passing of our beloved former Chairperson, Princess Aira J. Garcellano.

Aira served the organization with unwavering passion, integrity, and dedication. As a leader, she upheld the highest standards of accountability and transparency, always ensuring that every task was carried out with excellence and purpose. Her leadership was not only defined by her competence, but by the compassion and understanding she extended to everyone around her.

More than her remarkable contributions, Aira will be remembered as a true friend, compassionate, selfless, and full of heart. She leaves behind not only a legacy of service, but also countless memories of laughter, comfort, and friendship.

We extend our sincerest condolences to her family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time.

We are humbly knocking on your hearts to help our dear friend, 𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝘼𝙞𝙧𝙖 𝙅. 𝙂𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙤. She is a former PSU-SCOA Bookkeeper, Auditor, and Chairperson, as well as a friend and a family to many.

Last week, she was rushed to the hospital due to complications from her Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) and is now fighting for her life in the ICU. Although she has long been living with CHD, her condition suddenly took a turn for the worse, and her family is now facing an overwhelming situation.
