‎Two months in, the faces were already familiar, but the official welcome was finally here!
‎
‎The Religious Education Society gathered its freshmen for a morning filled with games, laughter, prayer, food, and serenade during the 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 last August 31 at the Dormitory.

‎From familiar faces to new memories, the celebration was a simple reminder that there’s always more room to grow closer as one 𝗥𝗘 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆. ❤️

‎Last August 27, 2026, the Religious Education society had a meaningful School of the Word led by Gab Lanada, a 2nd Year Religious Education student.

‎Through the story of Zacchaeus, we were invited to reflect on our own prayer life and our relationship with God. More than simply listening to the Word, the session gave us a moment to pause and ask ourselves:

The Feast of Saint Bartholomew honors one of the twelve apostles chosen by Christ, recognized as the "true Israelite in whom there is no deceit." Saint Bartholomew dedicated his life to preaching the Gospel across distant lands before enduring martyrdom for his unwavering faith. His courage and devotion serve as a powerful reminder of what it means to give our entire lives in service to Christ.

𝐏𝐑𝐀𝐘𝐄𝐑
Strengthen in us, O Lord, the faith by which the blessed Apostle Bartholomew clung with a whole heart to your Son, and grant that through the help of his prayers your Church may become for all the nations the sacrament of salvation. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.

The Solemnity of the Assumption honors the glorious moment when the Blessed Virgin Mary, having completed the course of her earthly life, was taken up body and soul into heavenly glory. It stands as a powerful testament to her unique participation in her Son’s victory over sin and death, offering us a joyful hope and preview of the resurrection promised to all the faithful.

Almighty ever-living God, who assumed the Immaculate Virgin Mary, Mother of your Son, body and soul into heavenly glory, grant, we pray, that, always attentive to the things that are above, we may merit to be sharers of her glory. 𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 | Following the recommendation of the Quezon City Local Government Unit and in consideration of the forecasted heavy rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon, St. Paul University Quezon City will shift all classes at all levels to SYNCHRONOUS ONLINE LEARNING MODALITY on Friday, August 7, 2026.

Onsite office operations and transactions will continue during regular office hours.
