WhyRegister is the voter education advocacy arm based in UP - NCPAG under the NCPAG Student Council.

is the voter education advocacy arm based in the University of the Philippines National College of Public Administration and Governance under the NCPAG Student Council. running up to the 2016 Presidential Elections aims to launch various projects aimed at voter education. Its main thrust is to bring voters to register, vote, and be involved in the whole electoral process

by running a national campaign and mobilizing volunteers driven by the principle that “The key to an effective democracy is an educated and well-informed electorate.” is committed in the improvement of voter turnout and to uphold the value of democracy in the country by pushing people to exercise their right to vote.
