Dr. Constantino is a Professor I at Bestlink College of the Philippines and serves as the Program Head of the College of Computer Studies. He is also an IT Consultant for Ascendens Asia Group, bringing extensive experience in both academic leadership and information technology practice.

He earned his Doctor of Information Technology (DIT) and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at La Consolacion University Philippines. His professional expertise includes software engineering, web development, cybersecurity, information systems, IT education, and business management. He is an active member of numerous national and international professional organizations dedicated to advancing technology education, research, innovation, and academic excellence.

From July 1โ€“3, 2026, the Gender and Development (GAD) Office conducted an awareness campaign across the MV Campus, reaffirming its commitment to fostering an inclusive, safe, and gender-responsive academic community. Throughout the three-day initiative, officers distributed informative pamphlets highlighting the Office's mission, vision, and key programs, while an information booth served as a venue for engagement and access to digital resources through strategically placed QR codes around the campus.

Because every voice deserves to be heard, every story deserves respect, and every conversation has the power to inspire meaningful change, the GAD Office continues to champion an institution where everyone is encouraged to Speak Now for equality, inclusivity, and empowerment.
