Paano mag-apply at enroll as NEW STUDENT sa ICCT Colleges para sa AY2026-2027?
Online Application & Enrollment Procedure:
STEP 1: APPLY THROUGH ONLINE. Gamit ang iyong cellphone or pc, mag-apply po tayo through ICCT Online Application Portal – https://sms.icct.edu.ph ;
I-click ang “Create Account” at sagutan ang mga detalyeng kailangan; siguraduhing active ang e-mail address at mobile phone number;
Kayo ay makakatangap ng application number (Ex. CA2526A00001);
Makakapag-activate lang po tayo ng Student Portal kapag tayo ay natapus na ng Step 5.
STEP 2: PAYMENT OF APPLICATION / REGISTRATION FEE. Magbayad ng Application Fee na P220 (College Applicant) or Registration Fee na P370 (SHS Grade 11).
Gamitin ang application no. at inyong pangalan para magbayad sa OVER-THE-COUNTER PAYMENT CENTER tulad ng Mlhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier, PBB (All Branches); or ONLINE PAYMENT APS tulad ng HelloMoney, and Unionbank;
Kung thru REALTIME PAYMENTS tulad ng GCash, ECPay, 7Eleven, CLIQQ or PalawanPay, humingi po tayo ng Reference Number (RefNum) for application fee or registration fee sa Admissions Officer; or maaari ding mag-email kay [email protected] (paki-indicate po ang inyong Full Name, Application No and Course)
STEP 3: SUBMIT ADMISSION DOCUMENTS. I-sumite ang mga school admission requirements sa ICCT Colleges – Admissions Office mula Monday to Saturday except Holidays, from 7am to 7pm;
Proof of Payment for Application Fee (P220.00)
SHS (Grade 12/Form 138A/SF9) (Original Copy)
SHS Form 137A/SF10 (Original Copy)
Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original Copy)
Two (2) photocopies of SHS (Grade 12) or HS Diploma
Two (2) photocopies of PSA Birth Certificate
Four (4) pcs. 2x2 Color Picture (White Background)
ALS/PEPT Certificate (kung kayo ay ALS Passer / PEPT Eligible for College)
STEP 4: RELEASING OF TENTATIVE CLASS SCHEDULE (TCS). makakatangap po kayo ng Tentative Class Schedule (TCS) starting April 30, 2026. Sa TCS natin makikita ang inyong subjects, section, at class schedules.
STEP 5: PAYMENT OF TUITION FEES. Dahil may TCS ka nap o, maaari ng magbayad ng downpayment (P1,000 for OL & EL Classes / P1,140 for LF Classes) o ang total cash amount sa ating authorized PAYMENT centers/apps.
Kung sa Mlhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier, PBB (All Branches), HelloMoney, and Unionbank magbabayad, lagyan ng “DP” or “FP” code (Down Payment / Full Payment) sa dulo ng inyong application no. (Ex.: CA2526A00001DP);
Kung thru REALTIME PAYMENTS - Gcash, ECPay, 7Eleven, CLIQQ or PalawanPay, humingi po tayo ng Reference Number (RefNum) for DP or FP sa Admissions Officer;
Kung ikaw ay incoming SHS Grade 11 from public schools, kayo po ay otomatikong under the DepEd SHS Voucher Grantees, kaya magbayad lang po ng P370.00 para sa buong school year; at kung kayo naman ay completer from private JHS or ESC Grantees or PAYEE, P1,370.00 po ang Downpayment na babayaran;
Susundan po eto ng text message mula sa “ICCT Info” kung saan makikita ang iyong Student ID Number (Ex. CA202500018) within 2 to 3 banking days mula sa araw na kayo ay nagbayad;
Ugaliing itago ang proof of payment for future references.
STEP 6: ACTIVATE YOUR STUDENT PORTAL. Kung natapus na po natin ang STEP 5, at may natangap na Text Message (ICCTinfo), makikita po doon ang inyong Student ID Number (Ex. CA202600018). Gamitin po eto as your initial username (Ex. CA202600018) at ang initial password ay ang iyong LASTNAME in capital letters (Ex. DELA CRUZ) para makapag-create ng inyong account sa ICCT Colleges Student Portal (Blue).
Siguraduhin na ang WEB BROWSER ng inyong Celphone, Laptop, Tablet or PC ay CHROME, FIREFOX or SAFARI (Iphone); at sundan ang proseso.
Please take note of your NEW USERNAME and PASSWORD during your initial set-up dahil yun na ang gagamitin once mag-RELOGIN sa portal.
Tandaan or isulat ang mga sagot ng inyong tatlong SECURITY QUESTIONS for future use.
Kung sakaling nahihirapan pa rin kayo gamitin ang Student Portal, maaari kayong mag WALK IN muli sa ICCT para maturuan.
STEP 7: GENERATE & DOWNLOAD YOUR ORF. Sa DASHBOARD ng inyong Student Portal account, makikita ang REGISTRATION menu at gawin ang mga sumusunud:
I-click ang Registration menu at saka ang Tentative Class Schedule & Assessment button.
Sa OFFICIAL REGISTRATION & ASSESSMENT button, pindutin at maaari mo ng i-download ang inyong OFFICIAL REGISTRATION FORM (ORF).
Mula sa inyong ORF, makikita ang mga Class Codes para sa Google Classroom, nasa ibaba po eto ng bawat Subject Codes.
Para sa mga SHS Voucher Grantees, please disregard ang Assessment of Fees dahil covered na po kayo ng DepEd SHS Voucher Program.
STEP 8: ATTEND NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION. Kayo ay makakatangap ng schedule para sa orientation or i-follow ang official FB page ( www.facebook.com/IM4ICCT ) para sa anunsyu ng Orientation Schedule base sa inyong Campus at Student ID Nos. Mag-uumpisa ang New Student Orientation sa June 15, 2026.
Tinatalakay sa New Student Orientation ang School Policies (Student Handbook), tamang pag-gamit ng Student Portal, Google Classroom & Blackboard, Learning Modalities (OL, LF & EL Classes).
Gagabayan din po tayo sa iba’t ibang opisina or departamento kung saan po tayo dapat lumapit or humingi ng assistance.
At ang mga alituntunin sa unang araw ng pasukan.
STEP 9: STUDENT ID PROCESS & REALEASING. Pumunta sa Library Department ng inyong Campus or sumangguni sa Admissions Office para magpagawa at makuha ang inyong Student ID and Library Card mula Monday to Saturday except Holidays, 7AM to 7PM.
Note:
Maaari na rin po tayo humingi ng FORM 137 REQUEST LETTER sa inyong Admissions Officer kapag tayo po ay meron ng Official Registration Form (ORF) na.
Siguraduhin na lahat ng Admission Documents na pinasa sa ICCT Colleges at meron din po kayong copies for future references.
