Hazing, defined as any initiation practice involving physical harm, psychological abuse, or humiliation, is strictly prohibited. Republic Act No. 8049, enacted in 1995, regulates initiation rites, holds members and officers criminally liable for injuries or death, and requires prior notice to school authorities.
