๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ฎ, RCRIM, Assistant NSTP Chairperson, with the hands-on oversight of ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐. ๐๐ซ๐๐๐๐ง๐ (๐๐ง๐) ๐๐, Tactical NCO, Army ROTC Unit, RSUโSan Agustin Campus.
The final examination served as a culminating assessment of the cadetsโ and cadettesโ knowledge, discipline, and readiness after the entire ROTC training period. It covered key lessons in leadership, military customs and courtesies, drill procedures, and national defenseโtesting their overall grasp of the competencies needed to progress as future leaders.
Conducted under the direction of Company Commanders, Platoon Leaders, and supervised by the Corps Commander and Staff, the exam was implemented with strict controls to uphold honesty and integrity. Cadets demonstrated focus, preparedness, and a strong commitment to the values of the corps, reflecting their growth throughout the term. The activity reinforced that success in ROTC requires both mental sharpness and unwavering dedication to serve with honor, discipline, and responsibility.
