✔ Between 16-65 years old
✔ At least 110 lbs (50kg) 1
✔ Pass the physical and health history assessments.

👉 Get plenty of sleep the night before blood donation.
👉 Eat a healthy meal before giving blood.
👉 Drink plenty of water before the blood donation.
👉 Avoid drinking alcohol or caffeine before giving blood (24hrs).

Classes and work will resume on Wednesday, February 18, 2026.
