The Miting De Avance, held on May 18, 2026, Monday, has officially concluded and was conducted successfully with strong participation and engagement from the student body.

Throughout the program, it serves to provide formal platforms for the Student Council and various Student Organizations their policy priorities, and vision for leadership in the upcoming academic year. The Miting De Avance addressed key student concerns, and proclaim their dedication to public service among the school community. It was emphasizes the quality of information and allowed voters to make well-considered choices.

We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who participated in and cooperated for the Miting De Avance 2026, Make your voice heard and stand up for meaningful improvements.

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙀𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 (𝘾𝙎𝙀𝘽) warmly invites all City Collegians to the 𝗠𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲 𝗔𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 on 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. Join us in 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝟮𝟬𝟱 or 𝗩𝗶𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 on 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗮𝗻, for the Student Government and Organizations Elections.

The gathering allows candidates to present their platforms, share their visions for the student body, and address the concerns of the fellow students. It also gives every student the right to voice their matters and the opportunity to hear directly from those seeking to serve and lead the school community.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (𝐂𝐒𝐄𝐁) hereby releases 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒐𝒍𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑵𝒐. 𝟏𝟎, 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕.

This resolution formally acknowledges and accepts the voluntary withdrawal of certain aspiring candidates from the 2026 Student Council and Program Organization Elections.

Pursuant to the authority vested in the College Student Electoral Board under the Student Election Code, the Commission recognizes the right of candidates to withdraw their candidacy through formal written notice submitted to and acknowledged by the Board.

Accordingly, the names of the concerned individuals shall be removed from the official list of candidates and shall no longer appear in the official ballots and election-related activities, including the Miting de Avance.

All concerned students, candidates, and stakeholders are advised to be guided accordingly.

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙀𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 (𝘾𝙎𝙀𝘽) officially releases Memorandum Order No. 05, Series of 2026-2027.

This Memorandum Order hereby notifies all concerned of the revised schedule of activities pertaining to school elections.

In accordance with the Student Election Code and governing policies, the Electoral Board issues this Memorandum to announce the changes to the Election Dates and Proclamation Day schedule.

𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰

The Commission would like to inform all students that the posted credentials of the final candidates for the 2026 CCSJDM Elections may currently contain blank or incomplete information.

Please be advised that some candidates have not yet fully submitted their credentials and supporting details to the Commission. Necessary edits, updates, and revisions will still be applied once the remaining candidates have completed and fulfilled the submission of their credentials.

The Commission assures everyone that the final and complete version of all candidate credentials will be posted accordingly after the verification and completion process.
