FROM APPLICATION TO QUALIFICATION
The admission process does not end with the online form.
After applications close on December 3, 2026, the University Entrance Examination (UEE) will be administered on January 16, 2027. Applicants are expected to receive their Admission Slip through the active email address provided in the form on or before January 13, 2027, and must present it during the examination.
The UEE results will be posted on February 4, 2027.
Those moving to the next stage will undergo aptitude tests and interviews for board programs or skills tests and interviews for non-board programs from February 8 to 25, 2027. The final list of qualified applicants is scheduled for posting on March 10, 2027.
Under the University's approved admission policy, only applicants who pass the UEE qualify for admission. The required Senior High School GWA is 85 percent for board programs and 80 percent for non-board programs. Applicants to board programs must also pass the related aptitude test, while applicants are required to pass the interview set by the concerned college.
Applicants must also satisfy the physical, medical, and other examinations required by the ISUFST medical unit. Transferees are treated as new entrants and are subject to the admission process for new applicants.
APPLY ONLINE BEGINNING MONDAY, OCTOBER 5
The online application is meant to make the first stage easier, but applicants are reminded to take their time when accomplishing it. Names and other personal information should be entered correctly, email addresses and contact numbers should be active, first and second course-and-campus choices should be reviewed carefully, and uploaded documents should be clear and complete.
The application also carries a privacy and consent notice pursuant to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), stating that information collected will be used for admissions, enrollment, and required reporting and accessed only by authorized ISUFST offices.
For admission-related inquiries, applicants may contact the Office of the Admission and Student Records (ASRO) through 0917 110 0881 or [email protected]. These contact details are also reflected in the University's approved admission document.
Applicants are advised to access the application only through the official link [https://tinyurl.com/3x2w8fsy] or QR code released by ISUFST and to monitor the University's official channelsโespecially the ISUFST Official pageโfor admission announcements and updates.
For thousands of students weighing what comes after senior high school, October 5 marks more than the opening of an online form. It is the first step toward choosing a course, a campus, and perhaps the next chapter of their lives. (PAMMCO)
