𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐄-𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔
Palawan State University–Sofronio Española Campus conducted its Student Orientation and Re-Orientation for the 1st Semester of AY 2026–2027 on August 6, 2026, at the PSU–Sofronio Española Campus.
The activity featured important discussions on university and student matters. Mr. Arsan H. Abdulpatta, Acting Campus Director of PSU–Sofronio Española Campus, delivered the opening message, followed by Dr. Sandra S. Manzul, Dean of PSU Del Sur Cluster, who discussed the University Organizational Structure, Key Administrators, and Cluster Administrative Personnel. Mr. Al-Yusri S. Aller discussed the University VMGO, Core Values, Campus Achievements, and Accreditation.
Ms. Marilyn C. Baaco, Cluster Registrar, presented important Registrar Matters and Academic Policies, while Mrs. Wynchell Dyn M. Ordinario-Mollenido, Cluster OSAS Coordinator and Acting Campus Director of PSU–Brooke’s Point, discussed the Student Code of Conduct, Discipline, and Campus Regulations.
The program also included the recognition of the Top 10 PSU-CAT Performers, and presentation on Student Organization Accomplishments by Mr. Kenneth A. Suan, USG President, and a discussion on the Revised Students’ Constitution and By-Laws by Ms. Rena Jean Llanes, USG Senate Secretary, followed by an open forum with student leaders.
The activity provided an opportunity to welcome students, share essential information, and strengthen their awareness and engagement as members of the PSU community.
