โSouthern Leyte State UniversityโTomas Oppus Campus (SLSU-TO) proudly presented the PATHFIT 2 Culmination Program with the theme "LIHOK (Lifestyle Improvement Through Holistic and Organized Kinetic Exercises)," a dynamic celebration of movement, wellness, and student creativity.

โHeld on May 14, 2026, at the SLSUโT.O Covered Court, the event showcased the importance of physical fitness through engaging performances and collaborative participation from different academic programs.

โThe program began with the singing of the National Anthem, followed by an opening prayer led by Ms. Lhuella Grace Batle. Welcoming remarks were delivered by Mr. Save Crisjo Capendit, and Mr. Michael Gabriel Ancheta introduced the panel of judges. The criteria were then read by the emcees, Mr. Ashdave Serdan and Mr. Jomyll Deloy.

โThe event was evaluated by a distinguished panel of judges: Mr. Brian Ray E. Caban, M.Ed, Mrs. Criselyn Sescon, Ed.D, Mr. Diether Dalugdugan, LPT

โThe highlight of the event was the dance performances from different programs including BSED, BPED, BEED, BSBA and BSIT. Each group showcased their talent, discipline, and interpretation of holistic fitness through movement.

โAfter all the performances, certificates of recognition were awarded to the judges, followed by a Solidarity Dance.

โThe most awaited moment was the announcement of winners:

โClosing remarks were delivered by Ms. Roan Gecel Salvame.

โLIHOK 2026 was more than just a culminationโit was a celebration of active lifestyles, unity, and the holistic development of students through movement and exercise. Energy, passion, and excellence came alive on stage!
