𝗡𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗜𝗡! 𝗡𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗧! 𝗡𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗧𝗢 𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗟𝗔𝗪!

Sa ika-54 na taon ng paggunita sa Batas Militar, hindi natin kinakalimutan ang pasistang diktadurang Marcos Sr. na kumitil ng buhay, lumabag sa karapatang pantao, nang-abuso sa kapangyarihan, at gumamit ng dahas upang patahimikin ang mamamayang lumalaban. Ang mga krimen ng diktadura ay hindi dapat burahin, pagtakpan, o baluktutin upang linisin ang pangalan ng mga Marcos.

At matapos ang 54 na taon, Marcos parin ang nakaupo sa Malacañang. Sa ilalim ng kasalukuyang rehimen, patuloy na pasan ng mamamayan ang taas-presyo, mababang sahod, kakulangan sa serbisyo publiko, at korupsiyong sumasalaula sa kaban ng bayan. Habang naghihirap ang mamamayan, bilyun-bilyong pondong pampubliko ang nasasangkot sa mga alegasyon ng iregularidad sa flood control. Sa halip na pondong para sa pangangailangan ng mamamayan, muling nagiging pugad ng katiwalian ang pera ng bayan.

Makikita natin sa mga paaralan, komunidad, at lugar-paggawa, ramdam na ramdam ang bigat ng kakulangan sa serbisyong publiko at kabuhayang hindi sapat para sa pang-araw-araw na pangangailangan natin. Samantala, patuloy na umiiral ang mga patakarang may direktang epekto sa kabuhayan, edukasyon, at karapatan ng nakararaming Pilipino. Habang may mga pamilyang lumulubog sa baha, nagigipit sa presyo ng bilihin, at patuloy na kinakapos sa batayang pangangailangan, bilyun-bilyong pondong pampubliko ang nasasangkot sa mga alegasyong kailangang panagutan. Ito ang mukha ng sistemang kailangan nating ibagsak, kapangyarihang ginagamit sa iilan habang ang mamamayan ang pumapasan sa bigat.

Kaya ngayong Setyembre 21, sama-sama tayong humanay at kumilos. Dalhin natin sa lansangan ang alaala ng paglaban ng sambayanan at ang galit sa isang sistemang patuloy na nagpapahirap sa mamamayan.
