During the meeting, the agenda items submitted by MSUโ€“Sultan Naga Dimaporo were presented and deliberated upon by the Executive Committee. All Campus agenda items were considered and endorsed for further consideration and approval at the En Banc Meeting on September 17, 2026.

The simulation was carried out in coordination with key disaster response agency representatives such as ๐๐’๐’๐  ๐‚๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐ซ๐ฒ๐ฆ๐š๐ž ๐ƒ. ๐๐ข๐ญ๐š๐œ๐ฎ๐ซ๐š of the Philippine National Police (PNP/SND-MPS), ๐Œ๐ซ. ๐Œ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ฉ๐ก๐š ๐Š๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐ฅ ๐‚. ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž๐ซ๐จ๐ฌ from the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), and ๐…๐Ž๐Ÿ‘ ๐Œ๐จ๐ก๐š๐ฆ๐ฆ๐š๐ ๐˜๐ฎ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฉ๐ก ๐€. ๐ƒ๐ข๐ฆ๐š๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐จ from the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP - SND), whose technical evaluation and operational support ensured the drill's success.

Organized in line with national disaster preparedness directives, the activity aims to strengthen emergency protocols, test institutional responsiveness, and reinforce a culture of safety across the campus.
