ATTENTION: INCOMING 3RD & 4TH YEAR BSHM STUDENTS!
It is your turn, Juniors and Seniors! The enrollment week for our 3rd Year and 4th Year BSHM students is officially set for July 20 to July 24, 2026.
As our upperclassmen, we know you are eager to get your subjects loaded and finalize your schedules. However, to efficiently manage the influx of students and ensure a smooth, organized, and hassle-free enrollment experience for both year levels, we will be implementing a strict enrollment schedule.

You are highly requested to come to the campus only on your designated date and time slot. This will help our academic advisers and department staff accommodate you properly without unnecessary overcrowding.
📌 Quick Reminders Before You Arrive:
* Clear Your Grades: Just like the sophomores, make sure all your previous grades are reflected in your portal and that you have no "INC" remarks on any prerequisite subjects.
* Bring Your Documents: Do not forget your personal envelope with your prospectus and your own pen!
* Follow the Steps: Secure your evaluation form from your adviser, get it signed by the Registrar, and return it to the department for the final encoding of your subjects.
